中国城市都是经过精心选址以后才开始建设的,城址必须要求平原广阔、水陆交通便利、地形有利、水源丰富、地形高低适中、气候温和、物产丰盈。这些地理条件恰好是中国西部地区所缺少的。中国西部地区自然条件差,城市化必须具有自己的特色,这就是大力发展小城镇,走农村城市化的道路。  相似文献   

Positionings in an immature triad in teacher education

This article presents and discusses experiences from an intervention project in Norwegian teacher education focusing on a triadic collaboration between student teachers, mentors and lecturers. The aim of the project was to establish a written, digital meeting place supporting the student teachers’ professional development. The question explored in this article is why some of the members in the triad virtually disappeared, and thus why the established digital meeting place collapsed. The findings are discussed through the lenses of positioning theory. Although the members positioned themselves differently, we identified three common traits in their stories: enhanced competition, preference of theory-informed writing, role confusion.  相似文献   

Doing good while performing well at Flemish universities: benchmarking higher education institutions in terms of social inclusion and market performance

Universities, and higher education institutions in general, are ever more influenced by output-driven performance indicators and models that originally stem from the profit-organisational context. As a result, universities are increasingly considering management tools that support them in the (decision) process for attaining their strategic goals. The growth-share matrix is one of these tools that has proven its value in diverse business and competitive contexts in the past few decades. The present study’s contribution is twofold. First, we apply and interpret the growth-share matrix as part of a strategic positioning analysis in a strategic university context. Second, we extend this tool by incorporating social inclusion as a third dimension in the analysis. In recent years, discussions on the rising social disparity among adolescents in higher education have increased and different types of actors have raised the motivation to create more equal opportunities for prospective students who rank among the group of socially disadvantaged adolescents. The findings of an empirical case of the proposed model for a particular Belgian academic programme show that increased social inclusion and higher performance parameters, such as growth in student enrolments and diplomas, can be reached simultaneously.  相似文献

【目的】以《河北农业大学学报（农林教育版）》成功开办“农业高校专栏”的办刊经验为例,为地方高校学报发展和改革提供借鉴和启示。【方法】采取个案研究方法,在调查国内10所地方农业高校社科学报主要栏目设置的基础上,分析“农业高校专栏”的优势和可行性,并通过精准定位受众,以人为本和借助新媒体的运作理念保障“农业高校专栏”的顺利运作。【结果】“农业高校专栏”的成功开办增加了来稿量,提高了期刊的学术水平,拓展了稿源的广度和深度,扩大了期刊影响力,取得了良好的办刊效果。【结论】实践表明,地方高校学报在办刊中尽管面临各种困境,但分析自身条件和办刊优势,顺应时代发展潮流,一定能寻找到创新发展之道。  相似文献   

家用超声波儿童防坠楼监护系统

高层建筑是城市发展的必然产物,随之而来的是儿童意外坠楼安全事故频频发生,主要原因是儿童独自在家且缺少家长的监护,其中窗台是最易酿成坠楼事故的高危地带。对此,文章设计出一套家用儿童防坠楼监护系统。该系统运用超声波的渡越时间检测法和三球定位算法来实时检测儿童与窗台的位置,并设立两级预警机制。当二次警报触发时,即儿童离窗台太近时,激发执行机构及时封闭窗台。此外,从空气温度、湿度以及两者距离三个角度来分析超声波系统工作的误差并将之解决。  相似文献
